This is the step-by-step approach we take:
Initial Consultation
Discussions will include a number of questions involving your target
market and the purpose and scope of your site.
For Existing Sites
We prepare a SITE AUDIT outlining improvements, and suggestions for ongoing
updates.
Navigation Map and Timeline
Based on the initial consultation, we draft a navigation map (if you
do not have one already) and potential timelines for web development.
Once you see your site laid out in a flow-chart, we can discuss revisions,
other ideas that may develop, and talk about specific design elements.
Graphics
We prepare the first graphics, a potential lead page, and perhaps
a few sub-pages for your approval. This is only the concept stage
of development and you should edit and critique our work until
it is exactly what you're looking for.
Site Development and Production
At this point, we both have a clear vision of your site, and we proceed
to the actual production of the site on a page-by-page basis.
Distribution
We believe that Search Engines are your best friends and you need
them to get visitors. Theirfore we optimize a few key elements
needed to help your site get listed in the search engines, (ie
Google, Webcrawler, Yahoo and Lycos). The higher your listing
in a search engine the more visitors and clients you will get.
When your site is complete, we thoroughly distribute your domain
name to all the search engines and directories. As part of ongoing
maintenance, your site should be re-submitted as it is updated.
We will email you a report confirmation of your submissions. The
key to having a top ranking will require much more so we also

engine optimization for guaranteed top rankings.
How much does a web site cost?
Web site costs range from hundreds to thousands of dollars, depending
on the size of the site, graphics, and various technical applications.
The bottom line is that you have to work within your budget and we
strive to be clear on the size of the site that you need and the optional

Standard Website Package
Live Oak Productions Inc. includes the following elements in their Standard
Website Packages:
E-mail/phone consultation (Up to 1 hour total general
Internet orientation education, marketing strategy, Web design
consultation, and helping clients learn to use their own Web page
editor.)
Photos and other misc. graphic images supplied
by client.
Installation of Web pages on the client's ISP
host computer.
Minor updates and edits to existing Web pages
for one month.
Search Engine Submission to at least 10
major Web search engines, such as Yahoo, AltaVista, InfoSeek,
WebCrawler,
Lycos,
HotBot, etc. You will receive a report analysis for the engines your
site was submitted to.
